  • The Riot is volunteering to help out one of the local High Schools this Saturday. Our players will be sharing our rugby knowledge with brand new players to the game. you will be teaching basic skills of rugby to help them get into their first team scrimmage.

This is a great chance to give back to the youth while promoting our club. You may want to bring cleats, maybe we can get a mini turkey bowl of our own while out there.

The Pritzker "Turkey Ball" is Saturday at 12:00pm and will go on until 4:00pm.

New Players will learn the basic from coaches and Riot Players. handling, rucking, tackle while we explain the game. .

Once they have the basics we can start working them into the game.

As senior players come out of the game they can also work with the new boys. In addition we can begin a game of rugby league on the side for the rookies so they learn the running, passing offense and defense and tackling in game situations . Once we have them playing, they can switch into the main game to gain experience with the players of greater knowledge and can learn from them also.

Riot players meet afterwards for refreshing beverages somewhere.
