Winter Indoor Basketball at Smith Park
Every Monday night in Jan & Feb, 6-8 PM
During the cold winter months, the Riot will be getting some extra cardio in at the Smith Park field-house. Every Monday night from 6-8, we will have the entire field-house to play full court basketball. All are welcome, bring athletic shoes and a dark and light shirt.
Training is Tuesday and Thursday night 7:45pm-8:45pm Starting January 5th.
Kyle Long has agreed to train us again this off-season. If you did not get your chance to train with us last year he put us through an intense training that got us ready to play rugby all year.Kyle Trained the hell out of us last year. Old boys, prospects and new players are all welcome.
On top of having more, better equipment, it also has multiple training fields that we'll be able to incorporate into our workouts. Furthermore, we'll have unlimited access to the facility's gym outside of training.
The cost is $135 per person for the 8-week training course. That's less than $9 per session with unlimited gym access during the training period.View Map of Training Facility
